Booking spa appointments: It is advised to book as far in advance as possible to insure getting the day, time and therapist you want. For parties of 3 or more a weeks notice is preferred.

Cancellation Policy:  We reserve time especially for you. As a courtesy, please give us a minimum of 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us enough time to fill the slot. Cancellations less than 24 hour notice or no call/no show should expect to pay 50% of the service.

Arrival:  An early arrival is always encouraged. Use this time to have tea and unwind in the relaxation area before your service. On a first visit you will be asked to complete a questionnaire and medical history. If you are late, your treatment time may have to be shortened for the next client's appointment. After a treatment it is customary to vacate the room within a few minutes. However, you are free to spend additional time unwinding in the relaxation area.

Soft Voices' Quiet Minds:   Be mindful of others and keep conversations at a low volume. Turn off or silence cell phones. So the spa ambiance remains as relaxing as possible, minors are not allowed unless accompanied by an adult and receiving a service.

Shaving:   It is best not to shave the day of a service. If you must shave, do so at least 4 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Nudity or feeling uncomfortable should never be an issue:   Robes, wraps, disposable undergarnmets, towels and draping are always used to provide you the utmost comfort. It is also possible for you to wear a swimsuit during a body treatment.

Communicating your preferences: All aspects of treatments can usually be modified to your taste: amount of light, kind (or absence) of music, room temp and whether or not you choose to have a conversation or enjoy the treatment in silence. If you want the therapist to use a firmer touch or be gentler, let us know. Your therapist welcomes any questions or concerns you may have. We are here to serve you.

Gratuities: Are not included in service price and are left at your discretion. 

Valuables: Please leave your jewelry and other valuables at home.

Skin Care Product Returns:  Will be accepted for spa credit within 10 days of purchase with receipt. Makeup and clearance items are nonrefundable.
